Custom software and ERP: accounts, payroll, approvals and gates in one system
Bring us a process, a department or the whole organisation. We turn it into one system your staff use every day. A Ministry of Youth & Sports club already runs on 76 of our modules, from the gate to the general ledger.

What we usually get asked to build
Take one or all six. They run as one system, so a payment at the cashier lands in the ledger and on the manager’s dashboard without anyone typing it twice.

Five steps, and the first working screen comes early
- 01
Discover
We learn how you work today: the rules, the paper forms, and the exceptions everyone forgets to mention. Nothing gets designed before that.
- 02
Prototype
You get a working prototype early and make decisions on real screens, with your own data.
- 03
Build
We ship in small pieces you can test every week. Nothing waits for a big reveal at the end.
- 04
Launch
We move the old data across, train the staff who will use the system, and go live with them.
- 05
Run & grow
We host it, watch it and keep adding to it, release by release, for as long as you run it.

What people ask before they send a brief
What does AL-Arcade build?
Whatever an organisation runs on: ERPs and management platforms, operations and booking systems, portals, mobile and web apps, links between systems, and games. We design it, build it, host it and support it.
Do you work with government entities?
Yes. Our club ERP runs a club affiliated with the Ministry of Youth & Sports. We also build for private companies and for brands such as MSI and Cooler Master.
Can you build software around our own processes?
Yes. That is the whole job. We model your rules, documents and approval chains as they are, so your staff don’t have to bend around a generic package.
How do you keep sensitive data safe?
National IDs and salaries are masked by role. The Audit Log keeps the value before and after every change. Money needs a second approval. AI assistants can only read, and only what the user is allowed to see. We sign an NDA before we see any of it. The security page has the rest.
Is the software in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic first and right-to-left, with English wherever you need it.
Who owns the system after delivery?
Ownership is set in each project’s contract. Your data is always yours.
