What is El Captain?
El Captain is sports academy management software built by AL-Arcade. It runs participants and parents, programmes and groups, schedules, attendance, monthly billing and the academy’s own website in one system.
Which sports does El Captain support?
Any sport. Swimming, football and martial arts are all set up the same way, as programmes, groups, schedules and prices, so adding a sport needs no new code.
Can parents follow their children?
Yes. Parents see attendance, schedules and payments for each child in the parents’ portal, and get WhatsApp notifications.
Does it handle academies with several branches?
Yes. OC Sport runs 8 branches on it. Management sees every branch together, and participants can move between groups and branches.
Is our data separate from other academies?
Yes. Every academy runs separately, and nothing is shared between clients.
Do we get a website too?
Yes. El Captain includes a website builder: the academy edits its own pages, blocks and menus in Arabic and English.
