What is Club ERP?
Club ERP is the club management system (ERP) we built for sports and social clubs. Memberships, subscriptions, sports activities, facility bookings, the treasury, double-entry accounting, HR, payroll, purchasing and stock all live in one system.
Is the club management system in Arabic?
Yes. It is Arabic first and right-to-left. Every screen, receipt, carnet and report is designed in Arabic, and local rules such as a July-to-June fiscal year are built in.
Can one system run several branches?
Yes. Branches, their fees and their cashiers sit in the same system. Management sees every branch together, and each branch works on its own.
Does it include accounting, or do we need a separate program?
It includes full double-entry accounting. Payments, payroll and purchasing post to the general ledger by themselves, with a chart of accounts, cost centres, period closing and a trial balance.
Is there a mobile app for members?
Yes. The members’ app gives each member a digital card and a QR gate pass, a family account, bookings and online dues, on top of the same system the club runs on.
