We build any system your organisation runs on.

Accounting and payroll, members and gates, approvals, apps, games, and an AI that answers from your own records. We design it, build it and keep it running. A Ministry of Youth & Sports club and an eight-branch academy group already work on it every day.

One working day, hour by hour.

Every screen below belongs to a system we built and run. The names and numbers in them are demo data.

The gates open before the manager does.

A member holds up a phone. Before the turnstile finishes turning, the gate has checked the membership, the family plan and anything still unpaid, and the front desk can see who walked in.

Club ERP · members’ app

Built for The Club · Sheraton, a Ministry of Youth & Sports club.

A QR gate pass in the members’ app

Nobody at the front desk says “let me check” any more.

Renewals, bookings, payments and complaints sit on one screen. When a parent calls, their child’s attendance, invoices and the coach’s notes are already open.

El Captain · front desk

OC Sport runs eight branches on it.

The front desk screen in El Captain

A request reaches a decision without anyone carrying the file.

Applications, approvals and signatures move by rule, and every step records who did what, and when. The same engine works for a club committee, a citizen’s service request or a purchase order.

Workflows & e-services

Committee approvals run on it at a Ministry club every day.

Approval workflows in Club ERP

The general manager asks a question in plain Arabic.

The assistant writes the query, our guard checks it, and the answer comes back with the numbers. It only reads what the person asking is allowed to see. Ask it for salaries from the front desk and it says no, politely, and writes the attempt down.

AI assistant on your own data

Running inside Club ERP since September 2026.

Nasr City leads with EGP 412K, a third of the quarter.

  • Alexandria204,150
  • New Cairo176,400

Training starts on time in eight branches.

Groups, coaches, pitches and pools are scheduled without clashes. The coach takes attendance on a phone, and parents see it before the session is over.

El Captain · academies

850+ players across OC Sport’s branches.

The weekly schedule in El Captain

Launch night. The crowd plays with its whole body.

Stand games for MSI, Cooler Master and PureGanic: no controller, sign-up on the phone, a live leaderboard on the wall. The queue did the advertising.

Games & brand activations

Unity and Unreal Engine 5, built to run all day on a show floor.

Cooler Master · Play & Win

The books close. Nobody stays late.

Every receipt, cheque, instalment and payroll run posted its own double entry during the day. At midnight the trial balance is zero, the same as yesterday.

Accounting & treasury

Every receipt, cheque and instalment posts itself. Nobody types a journal entry.

The office is empty. The rules are not.

Someone opens a salary record at midnight. The system shows them only what their role allows, asks a second person to sign before any money moves, and writes down who looked at what, with the value before and after.

How we protect your data

The same controls run at a Ministry of Youth & Sports club.

How a project runs

No 80-page specification up front. You see working software early and steer it while it is still cheap to change.

  1. 1

    We learn how you work

We sit with the people who will use it, and collect the rules, the paper forms and the exceptions nobody wrote down.

  2. 2

    You click a working version

Within weeks there are real screens with your data on them, and decisions get made there instead of in meetings.

  3. 3

    We ship in small releases

Something new reaches your team every week, so nothing arrives as a surprise. Club ERP went live within months and kept growing on live data.

  4. 4

    We switch it on together

We move your data, train your team, and go live with them.

  5. 5

    Then we keep it running

Hosting, monitoring, backups, support, and the features you ask for next year.

Tomorrow morning, it could be yours.

Tell us what you need built: a system, a process, an app or a game. A few lines are enough, and the RFP if there is one. It goes straight to the people who will build it.
