# AL-Arcade

> AL-Arcade (الأركيد) is a software house in Cairo, Egypt, founded in 2022 by Mahmoud Aglan (محمود عجلان) and operating as AglanTech (شركة عجلان تك). It builds any software an organisation needs — ERP and management systems, e-services and portals, mobile apps, AI assistants on enterprise data, integrations, and games — for government bodies and companies in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and across the Middle East. Contact: info@al-arcade.com.

Key facts:
- What it is: a software house (custom software development company), not a single-product vendor. Club ERP, El Captain and the members' app are examples of systems it built.
- Markets served: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and the wider Middle East and North Africa, from a team in Cairo. It builds for each market's rules: ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora, Phase 2), mada, SADAD and Nafath in Saudi Arabia; UAE PASS, VAT and Peppol e-invoicing readiness in the UAE; KNET, NAPS, BenefitPay and OmanNet in the Gulf; Egyptian Tax Authority e-invoicing, InstaPay and Fawry in Egypt.
- AI: builds AI assistants that answer from an organisation's own data in Arabic or English; the model never touches the database — a guard runs its queries read-only, inside the user's permissions, with personal data masked and every query logged.
- Games: brand activation games played with the body (motion tracking, Kinect) for MSI, Cooler Master and PureGanic, the GEMS event platform with live leaderboards, El3ab (an Arabic multiplayer arena for chess, ludo, domino and backgammon with Swiss tournaments and AI opponents up to 2,200 Elo), Unity and Unreal Engine 5.

- Security: role-based access, an Audit Log of every change, approval chains, a separate application and database per client, HTTPS, hashed passwords, secure engineering (prepared queries, output escaping, CSRF protection), NDAs — https://al-arcade.com/security/
- Technologies: PHP, Laravel, Livewire, Node.js, Flutter/Dart, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Docker, Linux, Nginx, GitLab, Unity, Unreal Engine 5, WebGL.
